    Order status, delivery times, exchanges and returns, answered by the agent with data from your store and carrier. Tricky ones go to a colleague.

    Product data

    Write and enrich product copy, titles and attributes in your tone, in several languages, ready for your store and marketplaces.

    Returns

    Check the request against your policy, arrange the label, and prepare the refund or exchange.

    Stock and purchasing

    Flag mismatches between channels and suggest purchase orders based on sales and lead times.

Where a person stays A person decides on exceptions, goodwill and purchasing. The agent does the work, you stay in charge.

How it works

  1. Scan

    We map the manual work: what comes in, what someone does with it, where it goes. Usually in one or two sessions.

  2. Build

    I build the agent in your own tools and accounts, test it on real cases and switch it on step by step.

  3. Hand over

    Your team learns to steer and adjust it. You own the code and the setup, not me.

Does it work with our platform?

The agents work through the integrations of platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Magento, and marketplaces like Amazon.

Will the AI sound like our brand?

It learns from your existing copy and replies. Until you’re happy with the tone, it only prepares drafts.

What happens during a peak?

An agent scales with you: whether it’s 50 or 5,000 questions a day, response time stays the same.

What does it cost?

I work from €90 per hour excl. VAT. In a 30-minute call we work out the first step and roughly what it costs.

What can come off your plate?
