Where a person stays A person decides what the agent may send on its own. Complaints, sensitive emails and anything involving money always go past a colleague.

How it works

  1. Scan

    We map the manual work: what comes in, what someone does with it, where it goes. Usually in one or two sessions.

  2. Build

    I build the agent in your own tools and accounts, test it on real cases and switch it on step by step.

  3. Hand over

    Your team learns to steer and adjust it. You own the code and the setup, not me.

Questions

Does it work with Outlook and Gmail?

Yes. The agent works with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and with help desks like Zendesk, Freshdesk or HubSpot.

Does the AI read all our email?

Only the inboxes you choose. We agree which data the agent may use and where it stays, before anything runs.

Does it send emails itself?

Only if you want it to, and only for the types of questions you pick. By default it prepares drafts.

What does it cost?

I work from €90 per hour excl. VAT. In a 30-minute call we work out the first step and roughly what it costs.

What can come off your plate?
