    The agent knows what each client is missing, sends a personal reminder and files what comes in.

    Read, code and draft-book purchase and sales invoices and receipts in your software.

    Reconcile and check

    Match bank lines to invoices, and flag anomalies, duplicate bookings and missing VAT.

    Prepare

    VAT returns and period close as drafts, with a list of questions for the client, ready for a colleague to review.

Where a person stays The accountant stays responsible. Agents prepare, a person checks, signs and advises.

How it works

  1. Scan

    We map the manual work: what comes in, what someone does with it, where it goes. Usually in one or two sessions.

  2. Build

    I build the agent in your own tools and accounts, test it on real cases and switch it on step by step.

  3. Hand over

    Your team learns to steer and adjust it. You own the code and the setup, not me.

Does it work with our software?

The agents work through the integrations of packages like Xero, QuickBooks, Exact and your client portal. In the first call we look at what you use.

What about privacy and GDPR?

We agree up front what data an agent may see, where it’s processed and who has access. Where possible, everything runs inside your own environment.

Where do you start?

With the work that repeats most and needs the least judgement, often chasing documents or processing receipts. One process working well, then the next.

What does it cost?

I work from €90 per hour excl. VAT. In a 30-minute call we work out the first step and roughly what it costs.

What can come off your plate?
